How can I pay?
The PayPal Shopping Cart allows you to use credit card and bank account
payments. Using PayPal's Shopping Cart, you can purchase multiple items
with a single payment, browse your entire selection, and view a consolidated
list of all your items before purchasing.
Use the "Add to Cart" Button to select items you want to add
to your shopping cart. Using the "wiev cart" buttom, you will
be able to remove or change the quantity of any item in your shopping
cart. When you have finished, you will click the Checkout button. Existing
PayPal customers will log in and send you their payment. New PayPal customers
will simply enter their payment information to create a PayPal account
and complete their payment.
You must specify the address where you would like to receive your items.
How will cd be sent?
Through International Priority Airmail.
How long will it take?
7 business days.
Can I withdraw from the purchase of cd?
In compliance with art. 11, comma 2, of D.P.R. (Presidential Decree) n°
513/97, the provisions of law decree n° 50/92 on the right of withdrawal
are applied. Without having to give any reason, you can withdraw from
the purchase by sending back the product in perfect conditions within
seven days of delivery. The amount you have spent will be refunded, except
for mailing expenses. There are several ways of notifying withdrawal:
by registered mail, by telegramme, by fax, by e-mail.
Can I exchange a faulty disc?
You can return a disc if authorised on the basis of the reasons given.
You will have to cover the cost of sending it back by ordinary parcel
post, indicating the problem and attaching the postage slip. The returned
product will always be replaced by the same kind of product and only if
it was faulty or if the wrong product had been sent. Artistic views and
personal taste will not be considered.
Privacy law 675/96 applies. All information given will
be treated as strictly confidential and will be used only to send catalogue
updates. Personal data will not be made known or given to other companies.
Should you wish to vary or delete your data in our files, just send in
a request and it will be done immediately.
